# Rate limits

> How many requests a key and an organization can make.

| Per key | 600 | hour |
| Per organization, all keys together | 3000 | hour |

Request bodies are limited to 100 KB.

`RATE_LIMITED` (429): More than 600 requests in an hour with this key, or 3000 with all of the organization’s keys together. `Retry-After` says how many seconds to wait.

When you get a `429`, wait for the number of seconds in `Retry-After`, then retry.
